Divisadero Street, named for its former function as a divider between the city of San Francisco and the Presidio. Divisadero is a long, multi-neighborhood street, so may be reached from many directions. An easy way to start at the south end is to turn on to Divisadero from Haight Street, at the west end of the Lower Haight. It is also two blocks east of the Panhandle, or one block west of Alamo Square.
