Position: Area Manager
Reports to: President
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Engage, train, support, coach Store Leaders
- Accept the role of the President in his/her absence
- Performance management

Minimum Requirements:
- Experience managing large-scale collision repair facility or equivalent
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
