Position: Area Manager

Reports to: President

Why This Job Exists (Purpose):

  • Engage, train, support, coach Store Leaders
  • Accept the role of the President in his/her absence
  • Performance management

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Engagement
  • Store Leader performance
  • General Manager performance
  • Corporate Staff performance (HR, Accounting, etc.)
  • Financial performance

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience managing large-scale collision repair facility or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
