Refinish Technician
Position: Refinish Technician
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Ensure full OSHA and BAAQMD compliance
- Color Match Paint to Vehicle
- Perform correct refinishing procedures to assure appearance, durability and performance as to standards set by automotive industries
- Perform high quality repair work
- Maintain equipment, supplies and housekeeping immediate work area
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Monthly CSI and production KPI
- Level of engagement and productivity
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some ICAR training
