Position: Auto Body Technician
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Disassembly and assembly of parts.
- Perform correct Repair procedures to assure appearance, durability and performance as to standards set by automotive industries.
- Perform high quality repair work.
- Maintain equipment, supplies and housekeeping of your immediate work area.
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Monthly CSI and production KPI
- Level of engagement and productivity
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some ICAR training
