Position: Customer Service Representative
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Connect with and engage customers
- Answer the phone and check messages
- Maintain customer area (refreshments)
- Maintain insurance assignments
- Customer Contact
- Customer check-in/check-out
- Maintain level of compliance with files
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Minimum 95% Q4 positive response (adequate communication)
- Pre-production vehicle readiness
- Level of compliance with files
Minimum Requirements:
- Preferably some customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
