Position: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Store Leader

Why This Job Exists (Purpose):

  • Connect with and engage customers
  • Answer the phone and check messages
  • Maintain customer area (refreshments)
  • Maintain insurance assignments
  • Customer Contact
  • Customer check-in/check-out
  • Maintain level of compliance with files

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Minimum 95% Q4 positive response (adequate communication)
  • Pre-production vehicle readiness
  • Level of compliance with files

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferably some customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
