Porter/Detailer
Position: Porter/Detailer
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Conduct post repair vehicle detailing and prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer
- Conduct a pre-Quality Control inspection of repair prior to release of vehicle
- Aid in small repair tasks, such as minor buffing and polishing
- Pickup and delivery of customers
- Maintain Detail Supply Inventory
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Monthly CSI and production KPI
- Level of engagement and productivity
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some ICAR training (preferable)
