Office Administrator
Position: Office Administrator
Reports to: Store Leader
Why This Job Exists (Purpose):
- Supply accurate data to accounting
- Maintain AP/AR and deposits
- Track attendance/shop level payroll
- Audit/close repair orders
- Month-end accounting and reporting
- Insurance company requested logs and reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Collect accounts receivable invoices before 30 days from close
- Vendor statements reconciled and sent for payment by the 10th of each month
- Accounting Data exported to Accounting Department on a daily basis
- Month-end accounting and reporting completed by end of the 2nd business day of the following month
Minimum Requirements:
- Accounting/Administrator experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
- Satisfactory credit background check
