Office Administrator

Position: Office Administrator

Reports to: Store Leader

Why This Job Exists (Purpose):

  • Supply accurate data to accounting
  • Maintain AP/AR and deposits
  • Track attendance/shop level payroll
  • Audit/close repair orders
  • Month-end accounting and reporting
  • Insurance company requested logs and reporting

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

  • Collect accounts receivable invoices before 30 days from close
  • Vendor statements reconciled and sent for payment by the 10th of each month
  • Accounting Data exported to Accounting Department on a daily basis
  • Month-end accounting and reporting completed by end of the 2nd business day of the following month

Minimum Requirements:

  • Accounting/Administrator experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid CA driver’s license and clean DMV driving record
  • Satisfactory credit background check
